Access to this website is subject to the following conditions:

Except as expressly stated in this site, no part of this website, including information, images, logos, photos, and overall appearance of the site, may be copied, republished, broadcast or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of the copyright holders except for your own personal or non-commercial use.

Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of content, no responsibility can be taken for any error or omission.

MU Enterprises Ltd do not guarantee that access to this website will be uninterrupted, that this website will be free from viruses or that this website cannot be tampered with by third parties. MU Enterprises Ltd may modify the terms of this agreement on this site. You agree to periodically review this agreement to be aware of any such revisions. Should the revision be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing this site. Your continued use of this website following such notification of any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions.

MU Enterprises Ltd  (Registered in England No. 2848474) is wholly owned by the Mothers' Union, which is a registered charity (Registered in England No. 216250).

Returns Policy

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.

Please note:
i. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
ii. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Please provide a covering letter with any returns stating the reason for return.  All returns need to be sent to:

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty; please quote your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.  You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact the Sales Office quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Families First Terms & Conditions

1. Your subscription(s) will start with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by you in the relevant section of the website.
2. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, when the subscription(s) order has been received in the Families First office.
3. The delivery date is determined by the date that you order and the print date of the next available issue. Please note that Families First is a quarterly magazine.
4. The subscription can be cancelled at any time during its term. However, it is not our procedure to give out refunds. The remaining magazines left during the term of the subscription can be passed on to someone else, or subscribers can allow the subscription money to be given as a donation to the Mothers' Union.

The magazines will be delivered to you direct from Warners, our printers.
